How Does Ignite Extend Work?

Ignite Extend pairs certified social experts you can trust with workplans and blueprints that we’ve created based on our industry-leading experience. Rather than locking you into an annual commitment, Ignite Extend offers short-term solutions that renew only as long as you need them.

Ignite Extend also offers three flexible service models, allowing you to choose the level that best matches your needs. From BASIC where we provide quality talent and workplans, to ENHANCED, where we add in monthly reporting, Inner Circle group coaching calls, and Quarterly Business Reviews to PRO level accounts, where we add more customized strategy work.

Who Do I Work With?

Ignite Extend combines the best practices of Ignite Social Media with a carefully selected pool of social media managers who meet the highest standards in the industry. We’ve screened and tested over 2,000 applicants, of whom only the most qualified received face-to-face interviews and advanced to join our team.

Each Ignite Extend certified manager has at least 2 years of college, is Hubspot Social Media Certified, speaks English fluently, and lives in the United States. The process is so rigorous that only 4.5% of applicants qualify. For a lighthearted comparison, Harvard accepts 4.7% of applicants.

At the same time, an in-house Customer Success Manager serves as your liaison to the rest of the full-time Ignite Social Media team. You get the backing of a full agency team without the full cost. Monthly reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (in select packages) ensure we stay on track together.

Clients for Ignite Extend generally have clear needs, such as a one-time strategy or regular content production. At this point, they are likely not in regulated industries, although we may expand to this eventually.
