21 Aug 7 Travel Influencers you should be following on Social Media
From pictures of national landmarks to exotic locations, I think we can all agree that with the age of social media that travel inspiration is all around us. We can live through our family and friend’s pictures from their vacations, but there’s more! There’s a plethora of travel influencers that offer a breathtaking perspective of places we may want to add to our bucket lists. While I could provide you with a long list, we’ll just highlight a few for you today to enhance to your social feeds.
The Planet D
This couple is a favorite of mine, the Planet D never disappoints with the content they serve up. Dave and Deb have been sharing their travels with the aim of helping others achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams. Their motto is “Adventure is for Everyone” and I agree.
Gone to the Snow Dogs
They are a little different than the others because their travels include their adorable snow dogs! The husband and wife combo has a few Siberian Huskies that seem to love adventure as much as they do. Just look at those cute guys enjoying their hotel stay.
Finding the Universe
Laurence and Jessica have been traveling and writing about it since June 2009. They love to share stories from their travels as well as tips and advice for others. Their photos are amazing and they also offer a Superstar Blogging Photography Course.
Kevin & Amanda
These two combine two of my favorite things, travel and food. Not only do you get to see all the wonderful places that they have traveled to, you also get to make your list of places to go based upon food.
The Blonde Abroad
She calls herself Mother of Drones, the California native left her career in corporate finance to travel the world. She’s been to over 50 countries and is making her way through her bucket list. Kiersten hopes that through her travels she can inspire others to live a life they love and settle for nothing less than extraordinary.
Scott Eddy
If you aren’t already following him, I suggest you do. A former Wall Street stockbroker, Scott has left that behind to travel the world. He’s the guy that knows all about where to go, what to do and where to stay.
The Bald Hiker
An adventure that has a dog named Molly that has to be one of the most photogenic travel dogs ever. His blog started as a personal blog but has morphed to include travel stories from his friends all over the world. Personally, I’m a fan of his Instagram page and the beautiful photos he’s captured.
Now that I’ve shared some travel influencers to follow, are there any that didn’t make my list? What traveler do you like to keep up with on social to help plan your next adventure? If you’re a brand and looking to activate travel influencers, we’d love to help find the right match for you.
